- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at care@hillislands.com. - HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order on your registered email id and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse. - WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
In case the order does not get delivered within 10-12 working days, you can write to us at care@hillislands.com. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest. - WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER?

There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In the case of international orders, shipping charges are applicable. - DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation before Shipment
- Order once placed can only be canceled within 12 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at care@hillislands.com. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request. Once the order is dispatched there will be no cancellation.
RETURNS
- HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

However, all claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 1 day of delivery to customer support at +91 9268 947 947, email support at care@hillislands.com.
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick-up service. The customer will see a pickup option when the return request is submitted.
You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will either issue you a voucher for the same amount.
You can use the voucher credit points to buy anything else of the same amount from the website within 90 days.

Refunds will be provided in the form of vouchers of the same amount. You can use the voucher credit points to buy anything else of the same amount from the website within 90 days.
In the case of a Money Refund, the amount will be directly credited to your bank account. - CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A ‘FREE PRODUCT’ DEAL?
Any products purchased through a ‘FREE PRODUCT DEAL’ or any similar Special Offer are not eligible for returns.
